Yarn 53 is made from scraps left over from the fashion industry: fabric trimmings that would go to waste are collected, separated by color, defibered, and spun again until they become this yarn. It has a slightly rustic appearance, which gives character and strength to the piece, and the right thickness for blankets, rugs, placemats, and decoration. This is the large 500 g skein: it yields 522 m and allows for extensive projects without needing to stop to join new yarn.
